Everything works as advertised but it's just not built as well as my previous Panasonic phone was. I don't expect these to last more than a year, maybe 2. It says it has a rubberized grip but it's just one little patch that isn't enough to make much of a difference., Really like these phones. Upgraded from an old cordless set I had. These are great. Batteries are cheaper. Last longer. Like the directory that is available in all the handsets. Only need to put directory in one and it goes to all!! Slick or what? Too many features to mention them all. Set up easy. When in doubt follow the directions. Do exactly what it says. Let them all charge at least seven hours B...
