I have been looking for a phone that has only one extension not three, five, seven, and I found this one. It is a real good phone with perfect sound quality and you can't beat the price., I shopped pretty long and hard for a new cordless phone after both our old Panasonic handset screens gave out. This one was rated a best buy by Consumers and at $40 it is well worth it.Sound quality is excellent; takes a little getting used to the new controls and which buttons to press to do what you want it to do.
