My only criticism is there is no turn-off switch for the ring so I have to unplug it at night., I purchased this phone for my elderly mother and I was very please when it arrived. The display window on the handset was much larger than the one she had and the type was large and easy to read. The buttons on the handset were pretty good size and they light up so she can see them.
